Rather, we tailor our services to meet your individual needs. Therefore, whether you prefer to opt for a simple funeral or would like a no expenses spared send off, we can provide professional funeral services to meet all budgets. At the planning stage, we will discuss what aspects you would like included, such as flowers, cars, order of service and hymn sheets, burial or cremation and so forth. Following this, we can provide you with an estimate for our services including third party disbursements. If you would like to amend the services requested, please notify us as soon as possible and we will provide a new estimate of the total funeral costs.
When we provide you with an estimate, it will detail both our direct charges and third party disbursements. Disbursements are payments that we make for you, on your behalf, to third parties. These include payments to florists, the cemetery, crematorium, doctors, minister or celebrant, organists, newspapers obituaries and so on.
The final invoice will be sent to you following the funeral. We offer a variety of ways in which to make this payment. It is always worth checking if you can get financial support from the government to help cover the funeral expenses.
Through a solicitor – If your loved one appointed a solicitor to handle their estate, please advise us as soon as you have the details.
When you are handling the deceased’s estate – If have been nominated to handle the deceased’s estate, you will need to submit our final invoice to their bank or building society, so that the final payment can be made from their account.
When you are settling the final invoice – If you are paying the final invoice, then please arrange to settle the bill through a bank transfer.
